Start with the problem

I believe that to lead a product, whether as a PO or PM, it is essential to be curious and able to extract the right information from people.

I like to dive deep into the problem, fully understand it, and then work with the team to define the best path forward.

Simpler is almost always better

The best solution is not always the most complex one.

Most of the time, the most effective solution is the one that solves the problem in the clearest and most sustainable way, without creating new friction points for the people who need to use the product.

A good product should satisfy three pillars:
